Blockiverse VR

A Quest-first voxel sandbox for hands-on creative building, survival crafting, and local co-op worlds shaped directly with VR controllers.

Platform Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S
Input Quest Touch controllers
Modes Creative, survival, and local LAN co-op
Status In active development

Built for readable, comfortable VR building.

Blockiverse VR is not a flat-screen voxel game placed inside a headset. The project is shaped around Quest comfort, controller reach, readable block art, and ruleset-defined worlds that can be tested and saved predictably.

Original voxel identity

Original block names, textures, UI, sounds, structures, vegetation, and creatures are used throughout the project.

Comfort-first interaction

Teleport, snap turn, height reset, readable menus, ray-based building, and opt-in movement settings keep comfort central.

Ruleset-defined worlds

Creative, survival, save/load, environment, structures, vegetation, multiplayer, audio, and VFX all track canonical rulesets.

Solo worlds first. Local co-op when you are ready.

  • Creative and survival gameplay use bounded canonical world presets for reliable Quest performance.
  • LAN multiplayer is host-authoritative and designed for local co-op sessions before any cloud expansion.
  • Voice uses Meta Quest party chat; Blockiverse VR does not add in-app voice chat.
  • World saves, inventory, comfort settings, and diagnostics stay local unless you choose to share files yourself.
